I think it wold be best without all the conflicts, but just under the condition that every agency on the planet wold act transparently and wold be held accountable for any mistake or crime. Cause the world in the hands of a small group of people doesn't sound that good...
I think there's a big difference between "should" and "could" - should? yeah, it might be nice. could? I seriously Seriously doubt it. I have very little faith that any government, even the democracy that we're all supposed to love and respect, could successfully govern 6.5 billion people.
