I have been skipping it but using the on-line translator is a great idea!
It's just as fun crossing language barriers - and you learn something.

Depends on my mood.
I use an online translator. If I can't figure out the language I google a phrase or two of the question and see what country codes pop up. This always helps me figure out the language if it's not one of the obvious ones. I think it's also fun to ask questions in other languages just to get other people's opinions without ignorant Americans giving their opinions when you specifically ask for non-American opinions. Few Americans bother to translate questions in other languages, so this is one very good way to greatly minimize the number of replies by ignorant Americans who were specifically told not to respond. Duhhhhh.
I CAN HAS BABELFISH PLZ?
The Firefox add-on gTranslate is a lot better tool.
