Well, yes. Practically everything you do anywhere leaves footprints that can, for a price, be followed. Welcome to the modern age.
I assume they are too. I don't use VPNs, no tunnels, etc., I figure those who try to hide their activities are more likely to get scrutinized. My levels of anonymity are so minimal I figure the only people I'm hiding from are computer nitwits like my immediate next door neighbors who don't have a single clue about the cyber world.
