"You never see the stories about some rich white guy who beats his wife..."
"You never see the stories about the rich white kids at Yale who do drugs. or about the rich white kids who commit hate crimes..."
Those comments just made me wonder from what planet you get your TV news. The TV news we watch here on Planet Earth feature plenty of white people committing crimes.
Unless of course those comments were meant in sarcasm...
I do not agree with the term "strongly". I think it affects the economy somewhat, but not anymore than the majority of the house or senate does.
We are not in a slump right now only because of GW Bush, there are many factors that play into the current recession. Last but not least, remember "what goes up, must come down", always!

Imho we just shouldn't do business with a communist regime. Could you imagine us having brokered business deals with Russia 20 years ago?
