LOL thats too funny!! I'm glad you have a sense of humor about all this. Isn't it amazing how a good laugh can make you less mad about all the wrong ideas people have. Like the people who think artificial feeding is better then nursing, since every well done study i've ever seen indicates otherwise. Well that and the fact that formula companies buy human milk to study it, and try to make their product "even closer" to it. I needed the good laugh thanks!

Children who aren't artificially fed have way less allergies, and in families with specific food allergies the risk of passing it on are greatly increased by infant formula use.

For me it is more a question of WHY you belive what you do. I can respect an oppinion that is opposite mine if there is a well thought out internal logic to it. we can be friends as long as they can accept and listen to my reasons and logic too. It's called being considerate, and my mom taught it to me, and I am teaching my kids.

I can personally assure you that there is no doctorine of the LDS church (mormon) that claims Jesus and Satan are BLOOD brothers. Only spirit brothers, ie you, me and everyone else are brothers

Um mormons don't belive God lives on Kolob. Baptism for the dead is in the Bile! 1 Corinthians 15:29.... and mormons DO belive in being saved by the lords grace, but NO WHERE does it say grace ALONE saves. You need to at least try to live a good life. Good works being a testimony of your faith in Christ. but people are free to belive whatever they like aslong as it dosen't hurt anyone else

Umm I'm not sure what "shunning" your refering to. The leadership of the LDS (mormon) church has never put forth a doctorine of casting out "unbelivers". However you can be excommunicated for big sins *just like any other church* I am sad to say there are areas where some of the members have confused ideas of doctorine, something the leadership is trying to rectify, these people do not represent the Leadership of the LDS church only their own short commings.

I have always been encouraged to question, and find the answers for myself, and to *gasp* disagree. I just do it nicely. However I do understand that not all memebers are as enlightened to the teachings of our church, and have a hard time seeing questions as faith promoting (I can think of other churchs with similar members)

Oh yeah and the LDS church hasn't practiced polygammy in over 100 years. Those who do are excommunicated.
